Thats is why.. I still feel the reason why I decide to stop. I need to take care of myself. Like you, writing ...I could totally relate to this. Like you, writing does help though sometimes, seeing my own chaotic thoughts makes me even more anxious, but I’ll keep writing myself out of it, insyaAllah. Writing is like having conversation with myself. I also learn to breathe and meditate and actually to focus in solat (trying to be khusyuk) is similar with doing meditation.
